The Twins
Twin set has now been assembled and is going to get wet this evening at the caves on Loch Long.
Twin set rig comprises of the following:
Backplate: Diverite Stainless Steel
Harness: One piece Webbing from divingniknaks
Bands: Agir Brokk Stainless Steel Type B again from phil @ divingniknaks
Wing: Diverite Classic
Cylinders:
1: Left handed DIN MDE Valve, Faber 12.2 O2 Clean using Scubapro MK16 first stage and Scubapro S600 DV with a DIRZone SPG. Drysuit Inflation. (booted and Spiro handle - yellow cylinder)
2: Right Handed DIN Valve, Faber 12.2 AIR using Mares V32 first stage and Mares Proton ICe DV with Mares Mission 3 triple console and wing inflation. (bootd with Spiro Handle - Yellow cylinder with black and white top and black string mesh protector)
Acessories:
SDS Cylinder quick release latching system
Strobe / Torch
GreenForce F2 with Tristar Plus head on Pony mount
Custom Inflation hose cover
The Caves is a nice little site that can get down beyond the 30 metre range & we have dived it a fair few times this season.
Nothing like a wee night dive to give you goosebumps.
I have no idea what my weighting should be or how my trim is going to be set yet, will need to set myself up and dive it to find out…
